One project this summer involved crafting the story of the City of Santa Monica’s civic highlights in 2011-2012.  There was no shortage of success stories. The organization represents the most innovative efforts among cities on the Pacific rim in fiscal management, urban growth and sustainability in everyday life.

I learned a lot about people, cities and the attention to detail required to execute a project of this size and scope.

Working with the many people involved in the report broadened my creative process, especially working with Helen Kim at The Think Farm. She designed the year end report.
